FAR Group advises, coordinates, observes, and documents; it does not perform the physical construction work. The homeowner retains control over the property, contractor selection, contracts, direct payments, scope changes, and all major project decisions. FAR Group does not guarantee contractor performance, cost, schedule, permitting outcomes, or project results.
